TPD has welcomed Susan Guisinger-Colón, PE, LEED AP to the firm as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining TPD in her previous role, her focus was on managing local transportation programs throughout southeastern PA, as well as managing highway, bridge, trail and culvert projects that utilized various funding sources. She served as the appointed County Engineer for two southeastern Pennsylvania counties, guiding project planning, development, administration, design and construction. Her 27-year engineering career has developed through her unwavering commitment to infrastructure development and management, which in turn has significantly contributed to the improvement of Pennsylvania’s transportation systems.
At TPD, Susan operates out of TPD’s West Chester, PA office and will perform project management duties, assist with project pursuits and County Program Management.
Susan continues to be actively involved in the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Delaware Valley Section, the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), and WTS Philadelphia.
