One of our corporate values is The commitment to bettering our surrounding communities through charitable work and giving. At TPD, we not only value giving back, but also the time we spend together strengthening our interpersonal bonds. Community service, to us, means giving: time, clothing, shoes, mentorship, a meal, a toy, resources – whatever we are able to give at the time.

TPDers give back regularly, and that is a point of pride for us. From lending a helping hand in our local communities or working to enrich the engineering community through active participation in industry professional societies, we are never short on volunteers. We focus on STEM education for children and young adults through support of various co-op internship, and job shadowing programs; volunteering for MathCounts; teaching and volunteering at colleges and universities; participating in career days and science fairs; and even planning a full educational program for national Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day each year.

These simple facts demonstrate that our team members inherently reflect the core values of the firm and are willing to do what it takes to help – clients and community members alike.
