Hosting students through our co-op and internship program is not only beneficial for the students but TPD views it as an opportunity as well; the chance to gain new perspectives from bright minds, as well as relationship building with tomorrow’s workforce.

TPD is deeply committed to providing our people with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and upward mobility. Our co-ops and interns perform REAL work on REAL agreements.

With oversight and mentoring provided by their direct manager and managing peers, our students tackle real-world challenges and perform meaningful work as part of our team. Scholarship Program

In an effort to recognize and reward students who have established themselves as valuable members of the organization, TPD rewards high-performing co-ops and interns via a merit-based scholarship program. Recipients are determined based on work ethic, the ability to work independently, and integrity.
