Our co-ops and interns perform REAL work on REAL agreements.
With oversight and mentoring provided by their direct manager and managing peers, our students tackle real-world challenges and perform meaningful work as part of our team. We encourage our students to make the most of their time at TPD, providing cross-training opportunities, and an inclusive, energetic and welcoming culture. Scholarship Program
In an effort to recognize and reward students who have established themselves as valuable members of the organization, TPD rewards high-performing co-ops and interns via a merit-based scholarship program. Recipients are determined based on work ethic, the ability to work independently, and integrity.
