TPD’s Construction Services Department is comprised of qualified and certified individuals possessing specialized construction oversight and inspection expertise, design experience, and highly developed management systems to provide our clients with a complete project resource. Our inspectors have experience with roadway, traffic, structures, streetscape, and trail construction projects. This experience includes private, federally funded, locally sponsored, municipal, and state projects.
