On June 18, members of TPD’s Spectrum Employee Resource Group gathered at Citizens Bank Park for an evening of baseball, connection, and camaraderie as the Philadelphia Phillies faced the New York Mets. Despite a spirited ninth-inning rally, the Phillies came up just short in a hard-fought 6-4 matchup.
With beautiful weather, an energetic crowd, and plenty of excitement throughout the game, the outing provided a great opportunity for team members to connect outside the workplace and strengthen relationships. The event was another example of Spectrum’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging employee experience, and attendees are already looking forward to coming together again for a future game this summer.
