TPD welcomes Damon Rhodes to TPD as Director. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry, with a strong focus on urban infrastructure projects, construction management, inspection, and business development. He is known for leading complex programs from early planning and design through post-construction resolution.
In his prior roles, Damon supported growth across western Pennsylvania and beyond, leading major pursuits in transportation, site development, and public safety facilities, while maintaining oversight of project quality and client satisfaction. He also worked to grow a construction inspection services program from a local team into a statewide program.
Damon brings proven leadership, deep industry relationships, and a collaborative approach that aligns with TPD’s values. His experience developing teams and strengthening client partnerships will play an important role as we continue to grow and strengthen our services, especially related to CM/CI services, structures, and urban infrastructure, in the region!
