TPD is pleased to welcome Herman Lloyd to the TPD family, in the role of Vice President, serving as the Philadelphia Area Regional Leader. Mr. Lloyd began his career in the A/E/C industry over 50 years ago, employed by what is now known as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). In his most recent role, he founded his previous firm’s Philadelphia office location and fueled its growth, which eventually acquired 115 employees, and provided services in more than 10 disciplines. Throughout his career, he has also recognized the importance of, and made extensive efforts to, support and facilitate Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the workforce. He specifically oversaw that his previous firm employed a diverse workforce, while assuring workplaces were inclusive, and provided opportunity for all employees.

At TPD, Mr. Lloyd’s efforts will include further expanding our Philadelphia presence, maintaining relationships with our existing clients, as well as pursuing new relationships. He will also focus on our D&I efforts. With increased commitment to the Commonwealth’s infrastructure and a growing economy, there will be ample opportunities for Mr. Lloyd to apply his experience to facilitate exemplary transportation improvements for the Philadelphia region, and beyond.
