TPD is pleased to welcome Nathan Hokenbrough, P.E., as a Senior Project Manager, expanding the firm’s transportation expertise and strengthening its presence across western Pennsylvania.
Nathan brings more than 20 years of experience delivering complex transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the Commonwealth. His background includes the management and design of major roadway reconstructions, interstate and interchange improvements, multimodal corridor projects, intersection upgrades, pavement preservation initiatives, and trail and streetscape enhancements.
Throughout his career, Nathan has successfully led projects for PennDOT districts across Pennsylvania, as well as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the City of Pittsburgh, Moon Transportation Authority, and other regional agencies. His extensive technical expertise includes roadway design, drainage and stormwater management, traffic control, ADA-compliant improvements, and advanced corridor modeling.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to project excellence, Nathan has built a reputation for delivering practical, high-quality solutions that meet the needs of clients and communities alike.
Based in western Pennsylvania, Nathan will play an important role in supporting TPD’s growing transportation portfolio, strengthening client relationships, and advancing infrastructure projects that improve mobility and connectivity across the region.
