The 2026 Construction Services Winter School brought team members together at the Red Horse Motoring Club in Pottstown, PA, for a day filled with professional development, collaboration, and team building.

Throughout the morning, department members participated in a series of focused training sessions covering a wide range of topics, including updated TPD procedures, PennDOT 408 specification changes, high-strength bolt testing, concrete inspection, safety practices, and other key areas of construction services. Facilitators and guest presenters delivered practical, hands-on instruction designed to strengthen technical knowledge and support continued growth across the department.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted from training to team building as employees participated in a variety of interactive games and activities. The friendly competition, laughter, and camaraderie provided an opportunity for team members to connect outside of their daily responsibilities and strengthen working relationships.

The event concluded with a special celebration honoring Ben Naska and his retirement, recognizing his contributions and dedication throughout his career. It was a fitting end to a productive and enjoyable day that brought the department together to learn, collaborate, and celebrate.
