TPD’s Investment in Talent Engagement
TPD’s Board of Directors is committed to building an approach that identifies, develops, and retains talent within the communities where we live and work. Our programs are actively implemented across the company and advocate for new efforts that strengthen our commitment to finding and empowering talented individuals.
At TPD, our focus is on creating passages for opportunity – to provide all individuals with the access and support they need to grow and succeed. Through the efforts of passionate staff supporting these initiatives, they help evaluate and maintain a work environment that is safe, just, and focused on merit, encouraging everyone to reach their full potential.
As part of our commitment to Moving Forward Together®, we align our internal efforts with the needs of the communities we serve. We know that unique perspectives and experiences lead to better ideas and stronger outcomes. Whether through our projects or our hiring practices, we strive to create an organization where innovation, collaboration, and success are accessible to everyone. TPD is dedicated to creating a culture of trust, opportunity, and mutual respect – where every individual is appreciated for their unique contributions.
