TPD assisted the client by first conducting a thorough review of the existing maintenance facility. This included a field visit, interviews with employees, and drone flights to document current operations and site conditions. Using the information gathered, TPD developed several alternative site arrangements aimed at improving vehicle circulation, increasing parking capacity, and addressing both vehicle and pedestrian safety concerns.

A detailed report was then prepared outlining the deficiencies of the current layout, presenting multiple alternative solutions, and providing final recommendations for site configuration and circulation improvements. Drawing on TPD’s extensive experience in traffic and parking studies, as well as pedestrian safety, the team was able to deliver a comprehensive and well‑supported evaluation.

In addition to this work, TPD also completed a parking study for the client’s headquarters.
