TPD provided CM/CI services for the widening of approximately .84 miles of SR 0003 in Newtown Township, Delaware County. This project includes:
- Modification of existing median and overlay of existing pavement to add an additional EB and WB through lane
- Addition of a right-turn lane onto SR 0252
- Modification of private accesses
- Installation of sidewalk and ADA ramps
- Drainage improvements
- Signing and pavement markings
- Modifications of six (6) traffic signals
- Modification to a closed loop traffic signal system
- Installation of fiber optic cable
- Utility Coordination with PECO Electric, PECO Gas, Aqua, Century Link, Comcast, Crown Castle, & Verizon
TPD’s responsibilities include daily inspection of construction activities, all ECMS documentation including work orders and estimates, contractor coordination, and facilitation of project progress meetings.
