OUR DEI COMMITEE
TPD’s DEI Committee was officially established in 2021, with the purpose of assisting our Board with establishing the framework of formal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at TPD. Our DEI Committee further serves to ensure those initiatives are carried out by the company and to advocate for new and additional initiatives to keep the DEI program progressing forward. At TPD, being DEI-conscious means providing a culture that creates access and opportunity for all TPDers so that they feel valued, respected and included in our workplace. Our Committee performs checks and balances to asses that TPD is a healthy and safe environment for all individuals, free from discrimination and preferences. Thus, leading to a culture that leverages diversity to its fullest potential so that every employee can have a sense of belonging regardless of their background.
DEI IN OUR WORKPLACE
At TPD, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are at the core of who we are. We strive to foster an environment that respects the differences amongst our employees and to create a culture and foundation of empathy, courage, and trust. TPD’s employees are its greatest asset and includes people from a wide range of cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. We embrace these differences and do not discriminate, period.
We collectively work toward the goal of Moving Forward Together®, through our project work, internally and with respect to our local communities. We know that having varied perspectives helps generate better ideas to solve the complex problems of a changing—and increasingly diverse—world. We celebrate DEI throughout everything we do, by supporting and encouraging all TPDers to be innovative, collaborative, and comfortable sharing their unique perspectives.
