We have completed traffic and parking reports, which have included trip generation estimates; evaluating the parking characteristics for the proposed use based on site-specific information; and assessed traffic impact from the dispensaries on the surrounding roadway network. Bordentown and Edgewater Park Townships, Burlington County, NJ
TPD was contracted to provide traffic engineering services for two medical dispensaries in NJ. TPD completed traffic and parking reports for both sites which included, developing trip generation estimates; evaluating the parking characteristics for the proposed use based on site-specific information; and assessing traffic impacts from the medical dispensaries on the surrounding roadway network. Curaleaf NJ Adult Use Dispensary Expansions
Bordentown and Edgewater Park Townships, Burlington County, NJ
TPD was contracted to provide additional traffic engineering services to support approvals to expand their dispensaries to adult use sales. TPD completed updated traffic and parking reports for both sites which included, data collection at the existing dispensary to evaluate their traffic characteristics, developing updated trip generation estimates for adult use sales, evaluating the anticipated parking need for the dispensaries, and re-assessing traffic impacts from adult use sales on the surrounding roadway network. TPD also provided expert witness testimony for the land development applications.

Curaleaf NJ Dispensary Expansion
Belmawr Borough, Camden County, NJ
TPD was contracted to provide traffic engineering services to support approvals for expanded operating hours for their existing dispensary and the construction of an additional satellite parking area to support the use. TPD completed a traffic and parking report that included temporal trip generation and parking data, and site circulation review to accommodate the existing site and expanded operations. TPD also provided expert witness testimony for the land development application.
